Join us on Friday, December 14, for a special early preview of Hard Water, Charles Phan's New Orleans inspired restaurant and bar, before it opens to the public. Enjoy a four-course dinner, hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and networking in an intimate setting with 40 guests.
100% of the ticket price will benefit OneVietnam Network, a nonprofit that connects everyday donors to grassroots projects in Vietnam using social media. Since its launch 3 months ago, OneVietnam has helped raise over $75,000 to improve education, provide health care, and fight poverty and human trafficking in Vietnam.

About Hard Water
Part of the Slanted Door family, Hard Water is scheduled to open early 2013. It is located at Pier 3, just north of the Ferry Building, along San Francisco's historic Embarcadero. Hard Water will feature a New Orleans inspired cocktail program, as well as, a large inventory of collectable small batch and out of production American Whiskeys. A regional menu of favorites from the Gulf Coast will compliment this cocktail program.

Start the night with a flight of collectable whiskey, hand-picked by Erik, while networking with our VIP guests. Then enjoy hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, and a four-course dinner at the best seats in the room.
